Here at MRC we not only handle all aspects of billing the various insurance companies we also have a dedicated enrollment department. Enrolling with insurance companies is very time consuming and a crucial piece of the process. Our team will handle everything from creating your NPI and CAQH to completing the various applications associated with contracting with the various insurance companies. What makes us unique here at MRC is we do all of this for you at no additional charge.

There are countless types of insurance plans and benefit coverage’s. You have to ask each carrier about each patient’s plan benefits. Below are few types that are commonly seen.
Health Savings Account (HSA) – high deductible
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – high deductible
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) – Co-payment, with some deductibles
Preferred Provider Network (PPN) – Co-payment, with some deductibles
Traditional – Deductible, no office visit, 80/20 or 70/30 shared payments
Our software solutions have features to automatically submit billing to us, improve uniform documentation and a very robust scheduling system. Scheduling is integrated with patient authorizations and will automatically help with managing authorizations. You can also keep all your patient’s records in one place for easy supervisory review.
